The Cooley-Collins Cup
In the past four years, a commemorative cup called The Cooley Cup is awarded to a student under the age of 15, who demonstrates excellence in Irish traditional music. The competition and presentation happen at the Cooley Collins Trad Festival every year.
This year's competition is taking place on Sunday afternoon 27th October 2024 at 2pm at Gort Town Hall, €10 entry. Registration forms can be downloaded below in advance, or filled in on the day. This was a wonderful afternoon last time round, and we hope to see lots of young musicians taking part again this year!
